Licensing

Amphibian Publishing (an imprint of Amphibian LLC) creates field-guide journals for observation and learning. Purchasing a Digital, Printable, or Paperback edition grants you a license to use that edition as described below—not ownership of the copyright.

Individual & household use

Your purchase is for personal use by you and your household. You may fill in observation pages, annotate Digital editions on your devices, and print Printable pages for your own use at home.

Classroom use

Teachers, tutors, and homeschool educators may use a purchased edition with their own students in a single classroom or learning group. You may make copies of relevant pages for students in that group when needed for lessons.

What is not allowed

• Redistributing, sharing, or posting the full digital files (or substantial portions) online or offline
• Reselling, sublicensing, or offering the files or printed copies for sale
• Uploading journals to shared drives, curriculum marketplaces, or public repositories
• Using our content to create competing commercial products
