Every edition is issued around the 10th of the month and refreshed after NOAA’s mid-month release. Every past season is scored publicly on our verification page.

Temperature and precipitation odds for the next two seasons, read for fieldwork, winter wheat, livestock stress and moisture going into spring. Two pages monthly; newsletters can run it under their own banner with credit.

The snowpack outlook: March 1 and April 1 snow water equivalent, with odds, issued each January from December data, with a November early read for the northern Rockies and the Southwest. Verified against the SNOTEL network.
