Terms of sale

These terms cover subscriptions and digital products bought from Amphibian Publishing (Amphibian LLC) on this site. Journals bought on Etsy or Amazon follow those stores’ terms.

Subscriptions

  • Amphibian Outlook, the monthly issue, is $5 a month or $50 a year in U.S. dollars, billed in advance by Stripe until you cancel.
  • New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial that includes your first issue. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
  • Cancel anytime from the link in any issue, or by writing to outlook@amphibianpublishing.com. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep the issues you have already received.
  • Issues already sent are not refunded. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we will make it right.
  • We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email before your next renewal.

What the outlook is

  • Seasonal outlooks give odds, not certainties. They are guidance for planning, not forecasts of individual events, not price forecasts, and not a substitute for official warnings or water-supply forecasts.
  • Amphibian Outlook is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by NOAA, NRCS or the National Weather Service. For watches and warnings, see weather.gov.
  • The outlook is provided as is. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.
